Welcome to Webtrica Solution & Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our website design and development services, you (“client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding.
Scope of Services
We provide professional website designing and development services, including but not limited to:
- Website design and UI/UX creation
- Website development and coding
- Website updates, modifications, and maintenance
All services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed project proposal and client requirements.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide clear, accurate, and complete project requirements
- Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to communications and approvals.
Delays caused by incomplete information or changes in scope may result in timeline extensions and additional charges.
Project Approval & Revisions
Clients will have the opportunity to review deliverables at each milestone. A reasonable number of revisions are included within the project scope. Additional or excessive revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs.
Payment Terms
Payment structure will be defined in the project proposal. Typically, an upfront deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is payable upon project completion or as per agreed milestones
Payment Default
In case of delayed or incomplete payments:
- A late fee of [Specify Percentage] may be applied after [Specify days] of delay.
- We reserve the right to suspend the website and withhold deliverables until full payment is received.
- If payment remains outstanding beyond [Specify days], we may initiate legal action. All legal and recovery costs will be borne by the client.
We encourage open communication to discuss alternative arrangements in case of financial difficulties.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website is transferred to the client. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio for marketing and promotional purposes.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project data. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be provided upon request.
Project Timeline & Delays
We strive to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However:
- Clients will be notified promptly in case of any delays.
- Revised timelines will be discussed and mutually agreed upon if necessary.
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party services, client-side delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Hosting & Domain
Clients are responsible for purchasing and managing their domain and hosting services. We may provide guidance and recommendations, but final responsibility rests with the client.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if there is a material breach. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Website Credit (Acknowledgment)
Upon project completion, the client agrees to include a small, non-intrusive credit in the website footer: “Website Designed and Developed by Webtrica Solution & Services” (with a hyperlink to www.webtrica.com).
Custom placement or styling can be discussed and mutually agreed upon.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Unlimited / Unmetered Hosting Packages
When we say unlimited domains, unlimited disk space and bandwidth, of course there are terms & conditions that you must adhere to. This means unlimited webpages, domains and web graphics, not downloads or streaming media. Our servers are shared hosting servers and memory and CPU usage is not unlimited. CPU intensive files are not permitted on our servers and accounts may not to be used to host a collection of mp3s, audios, videos, anime, .rar files, Warez, gamers sites, shout cast and similar, or to backup your computer or another source. They may not be used for general storage of any type. They may not be used as download mirrors or download/upload portals. While the sale of eBooks and other legal small download files are permitted within reason (see download files below) with the unlimited package, hosting and storage of mass quantities where our servers are used as a distribution point is not permitted. They may not be used for HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs), Ponzi schemes or pyramid schemes. They may not be used to provide proxy servers. All content stored on a reseller account must be directly used on the Internet by the website associated with that account. These accounts may not be used as a download distribution point for your software or media. They are to be used for standard web practices only. This means that all content stored on an unlimited account must be used for “acceptable” website use. “Unacceptable” usage is anything that a shared server would not be able to provide under standard circumstances and uses a high percentage of CPU or Memory (10%+) usage.
Free Hosting
Free hosting is not permitted with unlimited packages, if you intend to offer free domain-based hosting, please choose one of our metered packages. With unlimited packages free hosting is only permitted within reason when the user has their own domain. Sub-domain hosting is only permitted within reason, and your clients are expected to have their own domain. Our servers are intended to host websites offering products and a service, if you are giving away free hosting space that is compromising our business customers, we reserve the right to request that you switch to a metered package. Web Server – Our servers are web servers. Web server means file hosting that you can view in a browser eg: PHP, SQL, HTML, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .XML mostly .SWF and .PDF are fine. If you can’t view it in a browser, or it requires special software to view, it’s a download or multi-media file.
Data Backup
Although regular back-ups will be performed,We will not be held responsible for any loss of data. It is up to the hosting account to ensure you maintain a local copy of your web data for your own back-up purposes.
Backup Policy
You can keep only one backup at a time in your individual account only for 3 days, we will delete your backup which is older than 3 days. It is your duty to download the backup file within 3 days to avoid the data lose.
Acceptable Use Policy
The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool, we would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users. Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are removed from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered, although we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use, however the following are unacceptable uses. Who we share your data with.
Illegality
In any form, including but not limited to the unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, or trafficking in obscene material.
Undesirable Content
Certain types of content are not permitted on our network. We do not host pornographic content of any description. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes pornographic content and what does not (see adult sites below). Content relating to Hacking, Cracking, Warez and IRC is not allowed. Software downloads may only be hosted if you are the writer and copyright owner of the software, all other software including freeware, shareware and trial software is forbidden. The sale of resellable eBooks is ok.
Bulk Email
The use of our network to send bulk email whether opt-in or otherwise, and the use of bulk email to promote a site on our network is strictly forbidden. As a guideline, we consider sending over 150 emails at once as bulk email.
Spamming
Spamming (sending unsolicited email or posting messages to irrelevant UsetNet newsgroups that do not explicitly allow advertising, with references to a site hosted on our servers) is strictly prohibited.
Misuse Of Resources
Including but not limited to employing applications which consume excessive CPU time, memory or storage space. Chat/IRC, web proxy and mailing list scripts are not allowed on our network under any circumstances. Streaming media, audio, video and shout cast can be a drain on web server resources and as such is not allowed. CGI based message forums which use flat file databases are often found to use excessive system resources, to avoid disappointment please use a PHP message forum. The use of web cam applications which maintain a constant FTP connection uploading an image at regular intervals is forbidden.
Shared and reseller hosting customers are not permitted to provide a free web site hosting service such as image hosting, file hosting, mp3 hosting and any similar hosting service. Reseller customers are permitted to provide a charge for service web hosting service but are not permitted to provide any free web hosting service or similar service.
Password Protected Directories:Shared and reseller hosting customers are not permitted to provide a free web site hosting service such as image hosting, file hosting, mp3 hosting and any similar hosting service. Reseller customers are permitted to provide a charge for service web hosting service but are not permitted to provide any free web hosting service or similar service.
Using password protected directories to conduct illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Sites that use password protected directories where their use is not clear are subject to suspension while we investigate the legality of the hidden content. If you are unsure about content you intend to place on our network, please check with us before you do. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.
Adult Sites
Adult commercial sites are not permitted including: lingerie sales, adult toy e-commerce sites, Viagra sales, adult health and sexuality, and similar if all models are over 18+. Pornographic media is not permitted.
For Master Re-sellers and Re-sellers
Remember that if you re-sell hosting on our servers you are responsible for what your clients do. It is your responsibility to monitor your clients to ensure that you enforce our TOS. If your clients are found repeatedly breaking our TOS that result in illegal activities, or server downtime, that this will put your account in jeopardy.
Refund Policy
Each of our shared and re-seller hosting packages carry a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on them. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your service, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount. Remember, this is only for monthly shared or re-seller packages and does not apply to vps, dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.
If Subscriber registers any domain name as part of a “Free Domain Name” promotion in connection with the registration, Subscriber’s refund will be reduced by our price for registration per domain name. Subscriber will retain full ownership and control of any such domain names.
Moving To Other Host
In case of moving to another host, the contract will be canceled between you and us, we are not liable of any activity (i.e Data loss) happened after the transfer. When you move to another host you should CANCEL contract with us and after that we are not bound to provide any support to you. If you are moving only hosting accounts to another host and want to keep your domains with us it is your duty to inform us about the domains, if you do not inform us we are not bound to keep your domains in our records, we CANCEL all services with the CANELATION of contract.
Domain Registration
We do not provide money back guarantee for all of our domain reseller and domain registration, if you have added funds into your domain reseller account these are not refundable in any circumstances.
Server Management
We provide Server management services which includes Operating system installation/upgrade/re-installation, Email troubleshooting, DNS management, WHM/cPanel installation and basic troubleshooting, MySQL management and other related services. (Note: We do not provide third party addons and modules troubleshooting which is provided by third party providers.
Penalties
If any illegal contents are found the account will be suspended immediately without any warning, and you will be penalize from Rs. 200 to Rs. 3000 depends on your package plan.
Prices and Fees
Prices are subject to be changed anytime without any notification or with notification, we are not bound to keep our prices and fees same as the international currency rate varies from time to time.
